Share Incentive Plan

The Share Incentive Plan is a tax-efficient way to invest in Balfour Beatty shares. Open to all permanent employees, it allows you to contribute between £10 and £150 per month, via deductions from payroll.
As a permanent employee, you’ll receive a maximum of 25 days’ paid statutory annual leave entitlement, pro rata if you work part time, in addition to any extra contractual holiday and national bank holidays.

All our colleagues, regardless of when they join us are entitled to 28 weeks full pay maternity/adoption leave, four weeks full pay paternity/partners leave and up to 28 weeks paid shared parental leave.
