Our apprenticeship pathways are focused on two areas: Trade and Business. Whichever one you follow, you’ll get expert on-the-job training and a nationally recognised qualification such as a Level 2 Competence Qualification. You’ll also learn the essential skills of your trade or field – all while earning a competitive salary, which may be linked to a national Working Rule Agreement.
There are no minimum GCSE (or equivalent) requirements at this level and our intermediate Trade Apprenticeships will give you the opportunity to learn about our industry, get involved in our work, and support some of our biggest projects.
While on the scheme, you’ll spend some of your time at college, learning the essential skills of your future role. The rest of the time, you’ll be putting what you’ve learnt into action on projects that really matter to our business, or to the whole of society.
