About the role

Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Driver Riskdministrator to join our Fleet business unit to work in Derby.

Role Purpose

To support the Driver Risk Management (DRM) part of Asset & Technology Solutions. The role would span across several service streams, including driver training, permit to drive, telematics fuel cards, driver licencing and Dash Cams.

The focus of this role is responsibility for managing, monitoring, and maintaining Driver Risk for the whole of Balfour Beatty (as well as some external clients) - heavily involved in Permit to Drive which is a risk profiling system that uses inputs like licence checks and telematics performance to ensure we are checking every driver who drives on behalf of Balfour Beatty (approx.. 15,000 drivers) and identifying any risks to the business (due to driving history, including accidents, thefts and licence endorsements). This process is also tied into the company car / car allowance process in conjunction with employee services / vehicle allocations to ensure we are giving vehicles to compliant drivers in a timely manner.

This is an ever-changing industry, so the role will require adaptation and lends itself to growth within the team.
