We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced P6 Planner to join our Central Rail Systems Alliance team.

***We are offering the possibility to to work in either our offices in Doncaster, Leeds, York, Darlington, or Middlesborough***

What you'll be doing

As the IUT P6 Planner , you will report to the Planning Manager and support the Project Controls Manager. Responsible for the scheduling and integration all deliverables into the wider enhancement programme, in line with project controls procedures.

  • Ensure the area progress is submitted in line with BB Policy.
  • Attend Plan, Do, Review meetings with area project teams to facilitate early identification of risks / opportunities.
  • Maintain a robust and integrated schedule.
  • Ensure the KPI for the timely acceptance / non acceptance of vendor programmes is maintained
  • Prepare project progress reports for the Programme Manager

Who we're looking for

  • Experience working within an alliance environment.
  • Experience of working within a highly regulated industry.
  • Rail industry experience (desirable)
  • Experience of project planning for projects of substantial in value.
  • Must have hands-on experience with resource loading and earned value management using Primavera P6 Professional.
