To support the effective delivery of 3rd Party Claims, ensuring the partnership is fully compliant with the relevant highways licence & enforcement legislation. Process licence applications, ensuring compliance with the relevant policies and agreements, monitoring payment applications.

What you'll be doing

As a Licencing & Enforcement Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • To work in a team of Licence & Enforcement Officers, supporting in administration functions
  • To liaise with highways licence applicants, contractors, and customers
  • To manage end to end licence application process
  • Monitor payment applications, ensuring all payments due are collected
  • Draft licence and enforcement communications to relevant
  • To ensure processes are adhered to, and to support the development of revised processes and policies
  • To ensure all relevant information and evidence relating to any licence & enforcement activity is collated in the relevant system.

Who we're looking for

You will have the following:

  • A knowledge of relevant Network Management legislation, including The New Roads & Street Works Act 1991, The Traffic Management Act 2004, and Highways At 1980
  • A proficiency in works management systems, Word and Excel and dedicated applications on Network Management would be advantageous
  • Good written and communication skills.
