About the role
If you have taken an extended break from your professional career of more than two years and are looking for a route back into employment, then the Balfour Beatty Returner's Programme could be exactly what you are looking for.
What you'll be doing
At Balfour Beatty we believe in diversity and providing individuals support with getting back in to the workplace and getting to a stage in your career that you can progress in.
Our Returners Programme commences in January 2020 and will run for 21 weeks with a view to transitioning successful candidates into permanent roles.
The closing date for applications is Friday 25th October 2019.
Who we're looking for
We are looking for candidates who can Talk Positively, Collaborate Relentlessly and Encourage Constantly to join us.
You should be available for the duration of the programme. While the role will be based at a fixed project location or corporate office, you should be flexible on travel for coaching and workshops.
Our BB Programme invites applications from anyone who has been on a career break of 2 years or more and is looking to return to a career in construction.
